One. is the cost of raw materials. At present, there are many specifications of non-woven fabrics that can be bought on the market, and the cost is different.
Simply put, the thicker the non-woven fabric, the higher the cost. The thickness specifications of the non-woven fabric we can provide customers with now are: 25g, 40g, 50g, 60g, 70g, 75g, 80g, 90g, 100g, 120g, 150g, 180g, 200g, 220g, 230g, 250g. Although the non-woven fabric has many specifications, if it is used as a supermarket shopping bag, we generally recommend that customers use 70g-100g non-woven fabrics. And those very thin non-woven fabrics, such as 25g-60g non-woven fabrics, are generally used as clothing linings. And those very thick non-woven fabrics can be used as product packaging.
II. Is the processing cost of the bag. The processing cost of non-woven bags also includes two aspects: 1. the cost of sewing; 2. the cost of printing LOGO on the bag. Basically, the sewing cost of non-woven bags will not have too much difference (of course, the style of non-woven bags is very complicated), and the printing fee is quite different, because the printing fee is charged according to the number of colors, for example, the cost of printing two colors is twice the cost of printing one color, and so on......
