According to the plan of the Ministry of Communications, China will need 267300 tons of automotive textiles by 2010. The survey shows that the sales volume of automobile textiles in China is increasing at a rate of 15% to 20% every year. The domestic production of automobile textiles can not meet the rapid growth of the automobile industry. The market gap is large, and a large number of imports are needed from abroad. The annual import amount is about 4 billion US dollars. There are hundreds of types of cars, transport vehicles, mini-cars and agricultural vehicles in my country. Since 1995, the demand for automotive textiles has increased every year, but the current domestic production of automotive textiles is far from meeting the increasing demand of the automotive industry.
The "SARS" in 2003 let us know that masks made of non-woven fabrics are more antibacterial than gauze masks. From wound care gauze, masks, surgical isolation gowns, surgical gowns, and bandages, because of their barrier properties, antibacterial properties, softness and comfort requirements, non-woven products have more applications. In addition, the field of medical textiles, because of its huge technological content and considerable profits, has also allowed more people to start more in-depth development. It is understood that the development of medical textiles around the world is speeding up. Germany has 17 textile research institutions invested in the research and development of medical textiles, and China has also begun the necessary preparation and investment in this field.
For a long time, the requirements of sanitary products for materials are soft, smooth, non-irritating to the skin, and good air permeability. While people continue to pursue comfort, the scientific and technological content of sanitary napkins, sanitary pads, training pants and so on is constantly improving. The spunbond non-woven fabric with special treatment not only has fast penetration speed, good air permeability and softness, but also prevents wrinkling and twisting, bringing the most effective comfort to consumers. Taking baby diapers as an example, the surface layer, side edge, diversion layer, absorption layer and back layer are basically using non-woven materials. As one of the greatest inventions of the 20th century, nonwovens are not only changing our lives, but also changing our concepts.
Because spunbonded nonwovens have high tensile strength, high tear strength, good uniformity, good softness, rich color and other properties, they have occupied an increasingly important position in the field of household and packaging applications. In various brand stores, people see not only many well-known brand clothing, but also various suit sets that match it; people not only see its figure in specialty stores, but also in large shopping malls and clothing wholesale markets. It has also become a frequent visitor.
